Job Postings
Marketing, Soliciting
We do not accept postings from organizations attempting to sell their services, such as consultants; “head-hunters;” employment agencies.
Fee for Hire
Job seekers should be provided with job opportunities at no cost.

No postings will be accepted if they include derogatory, disrespectful, and/ or offensive language.

Clear and Descriptive
We will return postings and request that they be re-developed if the job title, responsibilities, and/or requirements are unclear and misleading.
Transparent
All postings are required to include the company name, location and contact person. We will not accept postings without this information.
Resumes
Cover Letter
All applicants are required to include an informative cover letter with each resume they submit.
Proof
All resumes are required to be accompanied by proof of claimed accreditation, certification, license., etc.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may impact the posting of jobs. We may reject or remove any job and may disable any Company's account, for any or no reason. We always retain the right to remove any job if we feel it is in the interest of On Your Own Time or our users.
